Privacy Policy
Your trades stay on your computer. The copier and journal run locally inside NinjaTrader. We do not receive your orders, positions, or trade history unless you deliberately send them to us (for example, by attaching a screenshot to a support ticket).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Den Of Trades LLC ("Den of Trades", "we", "us"), collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our website denoftrades.com and our software.
1. Information we collect

What we do not collect
We do not collect your trading orders, positions, balances, or journal entries. Those are stored locally by the software on your own machine. We never ask for your broker login or account credentials, and the software routes your orders through NinjaTrader to your broker, not through us.
2. How we use information
- to provide, activate, maintain, and improve the software and website;
- to respond to support tickets and communicate with you about the Service;
- to process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe) when applicable;
- to protect against fraud, abuse, and licence sharing, and to comply with law.

3. Where your information lives (service providers)
We share limited information only with providers that help us run the Service, under their own terms:
- Cloudflare — website hosting/CDN and our waitlist/sign-up database;
- Crisp — live chat on the website;
- Zoho Mail — our email, including support-ticket email;
- Stripe — payment processing (when paid plans are active);
- our own activation/licence and support-ticket server.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, live chat, and analytics. You can manage your choices on our Cookie preferences page, and learn more in our Cookie Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: account and licence data for as long as your licence is active and as required for our records; support tickets for a reasonable period after resolution; website logs for a limited time for security. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for our website and activation server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing", and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, use our Request Your Data page or email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
8. International users
We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to that processing.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy; material changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
