Affiliate Terms
These Affiliate Terms govern participation in any Den of Trades affiliate or referral program ("Program") operated by Den Of Trades LLC. By joining the Program or using an affiliate link, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service.
If no affiliate program is currently open, these terms describe how it will operate when it launches. We will contact approved affiliates with program-specific details.
1. Enrollment
Participation is by approval and may be accepted or declined at our discretion. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to receive payments. We may suspend or terminate any affiliate at any time for breach of these terms or for conduct that harms Den of Trades or its users.
2. Commissions
Approved affiliates earn a commission on qualifying new, paid subscriptions referred through their unique link, at the rate and for the period stated in your program dashboard or agreement. A sale qualifies only when it is a genuine new customer, payment clears and is retained past any refund or chargeback window, and the referral was properly attributed. Commissions on refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or self-referred orders are void and may be clawed back.
3. Payouts
Commissions are paid on the schedule and minimum threshold stated in the Program (for example, monthly, once a minimum balance is met), via the payment method we support. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for providing any tax information we are required to collect.
4. How you may promote
- Promote honestly. Do not make false, exaggerated, or guaranteed-profit claims about Den of Trades or about trading outcomes.
- Always include an honest performance/risk disclaimer and link to our Risk Disclosure.
- Disclose your relationship with Den of Trades clearly and conspicuously wherever you promote, as required by the U.S. FTC and similar rules (for example, "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission").
5. What is not allowed
- spam, unsolicited email/SMS, or any unlawful marketing;
- bidding on our trademarks or running ads that impersonate Den of Trades;
- cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake traffic, or self-referrals;
- using our name/logos except as we permit, or implying you are Den of Trades or speak for us;
- promoting in a way that violates any exchange, broker, or regulatory rule.
6. Trademarks
We grant a limited, revocable permission to use the Den of Trades name and approved logos solely to promote the Program under these terms. All goodwill belongs to us, and this permission ends when your participation ends.
7. Changes and termination
We may change commission rates, terms, or close the Program on notice. Unpaid qualifying commissions earned before a change or termination will be paid under the terms then in effect, except in cases of fraud or breach.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to affiliates is limited to unpaid, qualifying commissions actually owed. The limitations in our Terms of Service also apply.
