Request Your Data

Last updated October 10, 2026

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how, and what to expect. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

Good to know first: your trades, positions, and journal entries are stored locally by the software on your own machine — we do not have them. A data request covers what we actually hold: your email, licence/activation records, support tickets, and website logs.

What you can request

  • Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correction — fix inaccurate information;
  • Deletion — erase your information (subject to records we must keep by law);
  • Portability — receive your information in a portable format.

How to submit a request

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
  2. In the subject line, write "Data request".
  3. Tell us which right you want to exercise (access, correction, deletion, or export).

Verifying your identity

To protect your information, we will verify your request — usually by confirming control of the email address on file. We may ask for additional information if we cannot otherwise verify you. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.

Timing

We will acknowledge your request and respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days, with a possible extension we will tell you about). There is no charge for a reasonable request.

Deletion — what we keep

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are legally required or permitted to retain it (for example, transaction and tax records, or to prevent fraud and licence abuse). Deleting your account information may deactivate your licence.
